It’s the time when there are as many natural ways as compared to paid ways for loosing weight. The main thing is that you need to take healthy diet. Discussed here are 10 healthy things you can do to balance your blood sugar level, increase your metabolism and help loose weight.

1.Take breakfast within 45 minutes of waking up. If you go for swimming or do regular exercise then take breakfast after 1 hour of completing the exercise. Do not wait for “brunch” to take your breakfast.

2.Make your diet balance. A balance meal is one which contain good quantity of nutrients. Try taking fruits, vegetables, high quality proteins, high quality fat( not high quantity), high quality carbohydrate.

3.After couple of hours from breakfast, eat healthy snacks.

4.Follow same rule also after taking lunch.

5.Do not eat in the hours after dinner. You may have unsweetened herbal tea if you need to have something.

6.Completely avoid alcohol and sugar atleast for a week. You might need it but take care you don’t do overdose.

7.Avoid artificial sweeteners completely. Stick to a little amount of sugar and amount of raw honey are also ok.

8.Coconut oil with 1-2 tea spoons can help avoid thyroid problems.

9.Doing physical exercise-doing aerobic exercise for 30 to 40 minutes a day and continuing it for 5 days a week. Regular 7 days will not make your body repair, so avoid all 7 days exercise.

10.Try avoiding things which make you mental tensed as being mentally tensed can adversely affect your health.

11.If you are not getting results even after weeks, please be patient and calm and remain follow the guidelines. As everything takes time so does your health will do take time to get in the phase you want.
